Since you’ve decided to spend some of your precious time on this little website of mine, I believe we ought to get to know each other! Let me start..

Hailing from the quiet Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, I grew up with a passion for nature, travel and a curiosity for why the world works in the way it does. A storyteller and adventurer by heart, I will try anything once; from jumping out of a perfectly good plane at 15,000 ft to moving solo across the world for a year, all whilst documenting that in one form or another. I love the thrill of adventure and exploration – both of myself and the world around me. This is what makes me feel alive. Now, I’m curious… What is it that gets your blood racing?

Never doing anything by halves, I have my plate full this year, juggling a full time masters degree, two jobs and a more than healthy social life. Currently completing my Masters in Marketing Communications at the University of Melbourne, I aspire to break into Travel Marketing upon graduating. 

The aim of this blog is to keep a documentation of both my personal and professional journeys, of which both are ever-changing and developing. I welcome this chance to put pen to paper, or fingers to keyboard as it were, and actually keep a record of what I am experiencing and learning. On this website, you will discover some examples of my professional work, a rambling of online essays, some blog entries, as well as an abundance of terrible jokes, anecdotes and spiralling thoughts.

So why should you care about that? Well if you’re a travel junkie like me or are mystified about the role digital media plays in it all… stick around, we’re about to partake in a different form of exploring.
